The East Helena High School Booster Club is a non-profit organization that has encouraged parent participation and supported athletic and extracurricular programs at East Helena High School since the day it opened in 2019.

Relying on memberships, volunteers, and our sponsors, EHHS Booster Club raises thousands of dollars each year in support of our student athletes and activities.

The EHHS Booster Club’s mission is to promote and support the students, coaches, and advisors of East Helena High School.

EHHS Booster Club Membership Terms

Annual membership year is July 1 to June 30.

EHHS Booster Club members must be at least 21 years of age or an EHHS graduate.

All members shall have the right and responsibility to attend meetings and events sponsored by the organization and to serve on committees of the organization.

Each member shall have the responsibility to support events and activities of the organization including volunteering their participation in these events and activities.

All members with voting privileges shall have the right and responsibility to vote on matters referred for the vote of the membership; be nominated to office; be elected to office; vote for the officers; review and approve the annual budget; and approve amendments to the bylaws.

Votes may only be counted when the member attends the meeting in which the vote occurs and casts their own individual vote in person.

Proxy votes shall not be accepted.

An individual may cast only one vote.

All votes are equal.

VOTES: Advisors and Non-Member Supporters shall have 0 votes; Individual and Alumni memberships shall have 1 vote; Family and 227 Club memberships shall have up to 2 votes.
