East Helena Christmas Stroll Arts & Crafts Fair

Set-up Time: 2:00 - 5:15 pm (must be finished by 5:15 pm)
Vendor Registration Details
Registration Fee: $55 per 8' x 5' space. Additional spaces are $55 each.
NOTE: Tables and chairs are not provided.
All proceeds benefit the East Helena Booster Club and local students.

Rules and Guidelines
Setup & Teardown: Setup starts at 2:00 PM and must be complete by 5:15 PM. Vendors must clean up their area and dispose of all trash before leaving.
Displays: All booths must be free-standing and self-supporting. Do not attach anything directly to walls, floors, or ceilings. Stapling/nailing is only allowed on designated display panels.
Parking: Vendor vehicles cannot be left in loading zones or handicap parking spaces.
Community Note: This event is organized by a small group of volunteers. Please be kind, patient, and understanding regarding space assignments.
